Question: I Let a coworker borrow my credit card for a last-minute flight and rental car expense after her brother died, and she needed to be with her family. I told her I would discuss payment when she got back, as her family was the most important thing at the time. I only mentioned something for a few months, and when I did, she said she would pay me with her tax refund. I waited a few more months, and when I asked again, she said she paid for her online school and would try and figure something out. Well, come December 2023, she still didn't figure it out. I parted ways with that company, so she has not responded to my recent request or text. Is there a statute of limitation on this type of claim, and what would I need other than a billing statement with her name and son's name tied to the flight and car in the statement?
